About Laminor Arena:

We are expanding our leadership team and are in search of experienced Hospitality and Entry Supervisors to oversee our dynamic service teams.

Role Overview:

As a Supervisor within our Hospitality and Entry departments, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing our frontline staff in these key areas. Your role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency, superior guest service, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead and supervise hospitality and entry teams, ensuring effective staff deployment and performance management.

– Oversee the operations of food and beverage services, and manage guest entry and ticketing processes.

– Train and mentor staff, fostering a culture of excellence in customer service.

– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all managed areas.

– Address and resolve any issues related to guest service or staff performance.

– Collaborate with other supervisors and management to optimize overall event execution and guest satisfaction.

– Manage inventory, supplies, and resources efficiently.

– Implement and uphold service standards and operational procedures.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in supervisory roles within hospitality, event management, or similar fields.

– Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams.

– Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

– Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

– Excellent communication skills in both Romanian and English.

– Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

– Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards for food and beverage service.

– Experience in handling cashless payment systems and ticketing technology is advantageous.
